Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Aesthetic Injector

Location: NurturHer Aesthetics Fitchburg & Sun Prairie

Job Type: Part-Time, 15-20 hours per week, 2 evenings per week until 7pm, and 2 weekend shifts per month from 9am-1pm

Reports To: Owners/Clinical Directors

Who You Are:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Aesthetic Injector to join our aesthetics team. The RN Aesthetic Injector will provide nonsurgical cosmetic treatments, including neurotoxin and dermal filler injections, laser treatments, and laser hair removal, while ensuring exceptional patient care, safety, and satisfaction. This role requires a strong knowledge of facial anatomy, excellent clinical skills, and a passion for aesthetics and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer injectable treatments: Perform injections of Botox, dermal fillers, and other medical aesthetic treatments, in accordance with medical protocols and patient needs.

  • Patient consultations: Conduct thorough pre-procedure consultations, assess patient needs, and recommend appropriate treatment options.

  • Patient education: Educate patients on the benefits, risks, and aftercare associated with injectable treatments.

  • Ensure safety: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment to prevent complications or infections.

  • Documentation and record keeping: Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment details, outcomes, and any post-treatment care instructions.

  • Collaborate with the medical team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes and a cohesive treatment plan.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Continue professional development by attending relevant workshops, seminars, and keeping up with new advancements in injectable treatments.

  • Maintain a compassionate and professional environment: Provide excellent patient care and build strong, trusting relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and rebooking.

  • Marketing: Maintain an active and consistent presence on social media.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Registered Nurse (RN) with an active and valid nursing license in the state of Wisconsin.

  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of nursing experience. Previous experience with aesthetic injectables, dermatology, or plastic surgery is preferred.

  • Certifications: Must have completed an accredited program in both neuromodulators and dermal fillers.

Compensation & Benefits:
