ERICKA MULHALL

As a nurse anesthetist for over 12 years and a nurse for 16 years, Ericka brings her passion for patient care and cultivating trusting relationships with the art of aesthetics to help you see your innermost beauty. After years of her own physical and emotional transformation her experiences allow her to identify with her patients on a deeper level. What she sees is translated through the needle to give you the confidence you deserve.
Ericka has a particular interest in regenerative aesthetics and using the body’s own innate abilities slow signs of aging. She is always researching new ways to approach your concerns and isn’t afraid to think outside the box. Aesthetics isn’t meant to be a recipe, it’s an art. She approaches her treatment plans a lot like her cooking- a little bit of this and a little bit of that. If you haven’t seen her 3 tier fondant birthday cakes, ask her next time! Her favorite place to treat is the under eye tear trough area.

An entrepreneur at heart, Ericka brings her knowledge of the market, what the community needs and her creativity to the aesthetic industry. She is passionate about building a brand that is unique and speaks from the heart about how she grew NurturHer from her vision and a dream.

NIKKI PLOURDE

Nikki has been a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner since 2015 and a nurse since 2010. Her medical knowledge makes her an amazing aesthetic practitioner and a true asset to NurturHer clients. With her background you will receive a thorough assessment which includes your medical history as it pertains to your treatment plan. Like Ericka, Nikki can diagnose and prescribe as medically indicated to give your treatment the best possible outcome. We are proud to have her as she has diagnosed more than once conditions that needed immediate medical care before their injections.
Nikki is dedicated to her clients and helping them look and feel their very best. Nikki believes in a total body approach to looking and feeling young. She runs a highly successful and popular weight management program for our clients. Her waitlist is often a few weeks to get in. Check her online schedule for the most up to date availability.
Weird fact about Nikki- She lives by her calendar reminders and loves the first of the month when its time to count inventory!
BAILEY HIGBY

Bailey has been a board certified nurse practitioner since 2019. She has been a nurse since 2012.
She also works in orthopedics but aesthetics and dermatology have been a passion of her’s for as long as she can remember.
She loves coming up with a treatment plan specific to you & your budget that will enhance your natural beauty. Confidence is key!
Her favorite Madison restaurant is Mint Mark but she loves trying out new spots for food and drinks. She keeps a list on her phone of places she still needs to check out.
She loves to travel and explore new places.
She has a French Bulldog named Vinny.

TINA MOLINARO

Tina Molinaro is a board-certified Physician Assistant with passion for enhancing natural beauty. With over 9 years of experience as a Physician Assistant, Tina has cultivated her ability to deliver personalized treatment plans that prioritize patient satisfaction and safety. Her knowledge of and skill set for complex procedures stems largely from working in emergency medicine and urgent care prior to stepping in to the field of aesthetics in early 2023. She combines her clinical expertise with a wide range of treatments and services to achieve beautiful and natural results.
Tina especially loves regenerative medicine, favoring bio-stimulatory products and treatments designed to stimulate the body's own cells to regenerate. Currently, her favorite procedures to perform (and receive!) are tox injections, Sculptra facial enhancements, exosome therapies and Halo resurfacing treatments.
As a two-time UW Badger alum, for both undergrad and graduate school, Tina loves spending time attending Badger athletics. Go Bucky! She is a momma to two little girls and a lab puppy who all keep her on her toes

“I started my own company during college selling preloved and upcycled designer pieces! It sparked my love for all things fashion and also gave me a creative outlet. It also fueled my shopping addiction getting the opportunity to source so many amazing pieces! My closet is overflowing.”
Something funny about you? “I LOVE making lists. I have an ongoing Google doc with lists for literally every aspect of my life. It’s over 50 pages long…”
Fave restaurant in town? “I am a huge foodie so it’s hard to pick! I love Mint Mark & L’Toile for special occasions. My boyfriend and I also have a Sunday morning tradition of Gotham Bagels and a vanilla oatmilk latte from Bradbury’s on the Square. So good! “
Fave store? “Is it bad the first thing that came to my mind was Whole Foods? A hobby of mine is going daily for a little sweet treat. Otherwise, I do a ton of online shopping for clothes. My go to’s are Daily Drills, Aje & Reformation.”
Do you have pets? “I have two dogs (Marge & Louis) + one cat (Eloise)! I’m also a big horse girl and competitively show American Saddlebreds.”

Sam is the first person you will meet when calling or coming in to NurturHer. She loves to help people find the right products and treatments for themselves. She graduated from Aveda Institute in 2023 as a Licensed Esthetician and just loves the industry. When she is not in the office, you will find her hanging out with her dogs or getting lost in a good book. Sam drives to make people feel comfortable and confident with their skin and their routine!
ALLISON

Allison has been an esthetician at NurturHer since March 2023. Her experience as a patient and passion for all things skin makes her an empathetic and results driven esthetician. When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her husband and two dogs. She’s an avid cook and baker and loves spending time working on new recipes, or reading science fiction.
Her favorite services to receive are BBL and halo. Her desert island products are skin better cleansing gel, Alpharet, and Even Tone.
Allison is dedicated to helping clients reach their skin goals and forming genuine connections with her clients founded in trust. She believes the key to great skin is consistent home care paired with custom in office treatments, and that results driven facials can still be as relaxing as a day at the spa.

Maddie has been with NurturHer since the beginning when she was our original ‘supermodel’. She is one of the creative minds behind our social media and vibrant office vibe. She’s good at just about everything she gets her hands on, sometimes filming content with a baby in arm. Her vision will take us to the next level. If you hear a child in the office, don’t pay any mind. Moms run this place.

Morgan is the first face you see when entering the office. If you’ve met her you know her passion for skincare is almost is big as her love for organizing the office. Morgan keeps us all in line and we would be lost without her. Ask her about what Alastin product is her fav next time you come in the office!
