CANCELLATION, BOOKING and DEPOSITS

We respect your time and the time of our providers. A $100 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file if an appt of any kind  is canceled within 24 hours or if an appt is missed without notice. Please be prompt, as a sincere attempt is made to see our patients at their scheduled time. Late arrival more than 15 min may mean your treatment will have to be rescheduled, and $100 fee applied. If the card on file declines the charge, wallet money will be removed to cover this cancellation fee. If there is no wallet funds, you will be responsible to cover the owed feeds before rescheduling a future appointment. 

After more than 3 late cancellations/no shows or late arrivals you will be asked for non refundable prepayment of service at the time of booking.  

BOOKING Policy

We require a valid credit card to book your appointment. Zero Exceptions will be made to this. No charges will be incurred unless deposit is required or in case of violation of the cancellation policy.

Consults require a $50 non refundable deposit which will be applied towards the consultation fee of $50. No refunds will be given if a service is not booked no exceptions. 

DEPOSITS: 

Many services require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit which will be applied to your service. If you have prepaid for a treatment please contact NurturHer to book to waive these deposits. If you no-show your appt the deposit will not be refunded.  If you cancel/reschedule an appt where a deposit was collected this deposit will remain in your wallet for treatment at a later time.  Deposits in your wallet do not expire.  Membership wallet dollar credits MAY be used for required deposits for injectable and facial services only if the wallet balance fully covers the entire deposit (Wallet credits may not be used to cover the deposit for weight management appts even for members).  You may not use Cherry financing for deposits.  Should you use cash for a deposit, a valid card must be on file, see Booking Policy

PAYMENT

We require full payment on the day a service is rendered. For your convenience, we accept all cash, major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and American Express. We can accept Venmo and will verify receipt of payment.

Personal checks are not accepted. 

Your insurance company will not be billed for aesthetic procedures.  

We offer a financing option through Cherry Financing, please process your application for approval prior to your appointment time.  Processing will be verified. The card on file will be charged in the event Cherry cannot be completed.

PRICE INCREASES

Treatment prices are subject to change at any time and without notice. This may be due to unforeseen variables such as supply costs, demand and supply factors, market values, etc.  Service cards may not reflect our most current pricing. Please ask your provider for any updates. 

REFUNDS policy

Sales on all services are final, including Pre-payments. Refunds will not be given for packages pre-paid for and not received. 

Refunds will not be given once a service is rendered. Results of aesthetics procedures are inherently different from person to person, and even for an individual after an identical repeat procedure. 

Products may be returned within 30 days if unopened and unused for store credit. Opened skincare products may not be returned. 

EXCHANGE Policy

Exchanges for the remaining value of a partially used package will not be permitted. 

For example, if you purchase 3 microneedles as a package and use two of them—you cannot use the remaining one microneedle discounted value for something else.  Services/products already received will be charged at their full current value and the remaining value may be used to redeem

TOUCH UP POLICIES

Neurotoxin (Xeomin, Dysport, Botox) Touch up: 

You must contact NurturHer Aesthetics and be seen within 14-21 days after treatment for in-person assessment of concerns. Up to 5 units tox may be injected at no charge prior to day 21. After this time frame any touch up toxin injected will be charged to the client.  It is your responsibility to have a touch up appt within this time frame as we may not have openings at the last minute.

Lip Filler Touch up: 

You must be in contact with NurturHer Aesthetics by 4 weeks to assess lips in person.  A session fee of $150 will be charged to client for additional dermal filler and 0.1-0.2ml filler may be injected at no additional charge to client.

Touch up filler greater than 0.2ml will incur a fee ranging from $300 +, depending on desired volume. 

Dermal Filler Reversal with Hyaluronidase Policy:

It is unlikely that any filler will be dissolved for lumps/bumps prior to 4 weeks.  You must be evaluated by a NH provider in person.  

 - For Filler injected by a provider OUTSIDE of NurturHer a fee of $300 per vial will be charged. 

 - For Filler injected by a NH provider: 

 - In the event of a vascular occlusion at NH Hylenex will be injected immediately upon detection at no additional charge to the client. 

 - In the event of incorrect placement or finding of filler (examples include but are not limited to obvious migration, unexpected nodules at 4 weeks), Hylenex will be offered at no charge to the client. A second provider may be consulted for expertise. The expectations of realistic outcome as discussed in the consultation will be taken into account in the diagnosis of placement.

 - In the event of undesirable appearance or outcome or change in mind per the client despite assessment of correct placement of filler, no finding of nodules or migration from placement, Hylenex may be injected after a period of 4 weeks and the client will be responsible for $250 per Hylenex vial. NurturHer will not be responsible for the charges associated with dissolving filler if expectations of the client are not realistic based on anatomy and assessment. 


LASER HAIR REMOVAL 

Laser hair removal packages include 6 sessions. Packages are not one-size-fits-all.  The number of sessions may vary from area and person.  In the event that you still have hair after 6 sessions, we offer one complimentary laser hair service to the one area.

MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM 

A one time $50 processing is required to enroll via the account you wish to use and will be processed at the time of enrollment. 

Your NurturHer monthly membership starts the day you sign up (alternatively you may choose any day from the 1st-27th of the month), and processes the same day each month thereafter. 

Your membership fee is deducted from your chosen account and institution automatically each month. 

All monthly drafts will be for $100 or $200 (depending on membership level) and will be placed in your wallet.  They do not expire. 

You may use the membership credits on any retail or service

The minimum membership term is 12 months. 

This membership will auto renew.

To cancel a membership before the 12 month term is complete, a $500 fee is applied. 

After 12 months, 30 day notice is required to cancel. 

Re-enrollment will incur the $50 processing fee

Membership benefits end upon cancellation.

Membership discounts may not apply to special promotions or packages, please read details.

This is a member only benefit program and cannot be transferred to friends, family, or children in any manner. 

The 24-hour cancellation policy still applies for all scheduled appointments and a $100 fee will be charged to the card on file if this policy is not followed. Wallet money may not be used to cover the cancellation fee

If funds are insufficient in your banking checking/savings account – you will be responsible to refund us any fees charged to us for insufficient funds. 

Wallet credits will be removed and not returned for each month your account is insufficient. 

If this happens two times or more during your participation in the Membership program, you will be removed from it and no longer allowed to participate in it for the foreseeable future.

If your card declines on the scheduled draw date you will be notified to update the card on file. If we do not hear back from you after 3 attempts, we will assume you want to cancel your membership. If you are canceling before 12 months, wallet balances may be used to cover up to the $500 fee. If the wallet value is insufficient to cover the early cancellation fee, you will be charged for this prior to scheduling any future appointments. 

CREDITS

Wallet Balance Expiration

-Wallet credits for products/services (excluding dollar values and the RefreshHer package) will expire 18 months after purchase. Dollar value from membership credits do not expire.

Referral Credits

If you are new to NurturHer and are coming in through a referral, please let us know who referred you! 

  • Each party will get $100 added to their wallet to be used on a service >$400. This excludes weight management and retail. 

  • You may only use one referral credit at a time  

MEDICAL APPTS

Weight Management 

  • All appointments must be in person 

  • All refill appointments are encouraged at least 2 weeks prior to running out of your medication to ensure medication compliance and availability

  • All appointments and deposits are non refundable/transferable

  • Medication may not be returned after purchase

  • There is no guarantee with weight loss and NurturHer and its providers are not responsible for any outcomes associated with the prescriptions.

  • You will be required to sign an additional weight management consent

  • If you do not move forward with the weight management program with NH after your initial evaluation you may be required to make another appt for program updates and education.  Appts may incur non-refundable deposits.

  • If transferring from another provider you must book an initial evaluation with NurturHer to discuss our program.  If you do not order your medication at this initial appt you may be required to attend an additional appt if more than 4 weeks has passed. 

  • You will incur a $150 fee if you have been absent from the program for 6 months or longer. 

  • You will incur a $150 fee to transfer between medications.
